2. Data protection policy.

Each time that http://domidep.fr/ processes Personal Data, http://domidep.fr/ takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and the relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes of the processing of said data by http://domidep.fr/.
2.2 Purpose of data collection, legal basis and data retention period
http://domidep.fr does not market your personal data, which is used solely when required or for statistical and analysis purposes.

- For the use of job application forms (full name, email address, telephone number, CV, cover letter) on the basis of the implementation of pre-contractual measures, with a view to entering into an employment contract. This data will be retained for a period of two years, unless you object.
2.3 Right of access, rectification and objection
In accordance applicable European regulations, the Users of http://domidep.fr/ have the following rights:
- right of access (Article 15 GDPR), right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), update and completeness of Users’ data, and the right to have their personal data blocked or erased (Article 17 GDPR), if it is incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date, or if its collection, use, communication or storage are prohibited.
