2. Data protection policy.

Visitors are hereby informed of the regulations on marketing communication, French law of 21 June 2014 on confidence in the Digital Economy, the French Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: no. 2016-679).

2.3 Right of access, rectification and objection

In accordance applicable European regulations, the Users of have the following rights:

  • right of access (Article 15 GDPR), right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR), update and completeness of Users’ data, and the right to have their personal data blocked or erased (Article 17 GDPR), if it is incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date, or if its collection, use, communication or storage are prohibited.

As soon as becomes aware of a User’s death, and in the absence of any instructions on their part, undertakes to destroy their data, unless the data must be stored for evidentiary purposes or to fulfil a legal obligation.
